ShopClues.com — Product Delivery Issue

Hello, My Order No: 21705765, Estimated Delivery Between Between Thu 9 Oct and Fri 10 Oct. But its 13th Oct. 2014 and NOT deliver product till now. Neither you guys reply my email, tweet nor receive my call. And if you can't deliver product, Please refund me ASAP. Thanks Ajit

Yes Vinod. you are right. "Never Buy from Shopclus" and very very Bad service by their shipping partner "Ecom Express". I guess ShopClus should learn from Flipkart.
