Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a set of CD (order no.[protected] on 24 September 2015, till the date i didn't receive the product. The status on website shows that product is being delivered to the customer but i didn't receive any of the CD, . I contacted the company many time, sent several e-mails about the delivery of the product, but they are not responding in proper way . Every time company is promising me that they will provide me the proof of delivery but yet i didn't got any proof of delivery.. The payment of the product is done n advance, .I have ask them to return my money but they are also not ready for that. kindly sir do forward my concern & Request you to help me in getting my money back ( refund)
