ShopClues.com — product is not delivered till date

I did order on 22 october 2017, order no[protected] for six pack nutrition-100 whey-1 kg
After placing order i have gotten 28 october 2017 delivery date.

From that date product is still not delivered yet, it seems i commit a mistake that i have been did shopping with shop clue,
I have received message from your side that product is deliver but actually it is not.
Is this your service although i have already raised issue in past but there is no corrective action taken by you.
What i expect your customer service in future.
