Most pathetic and horrible experience in my life - Shopclues.
I had ordered a Videocon Semi washing machine 6.0 Kg VS60A11 / VS60B11 Brand Warranty
Code: 84313061 from shopclues on 24 Feb 2016 having order no 86368069.
Shopclues team mentioned that they have handed over this product to Beacon Surface ( http://7horses.co.in/) on 4th March 2016 having tracking no 138195. The Expected delivery date of the product was Mon 7 Mar 2016, but my product is still undelivered and untraceable.
We tried to reach out to the assigned courier service via Email, Phone and website but nothing worked.
We dropped a mail to the courier company (7 horses logistics) so that we can at least get some confirmation or clue on the whereabouts of my product. But I was taken aback when the mail was not delivered due to nonexistent email ID.
The funniest part is that when I had a call with the shopclues customer care they mentioned that even they are also not able to trace the order. Really a big joke for shopclues.
Every time when I contact shopclues they ask me to wait for 48 hours and my product will be delivered. I have contacted shopclues.com customer support for at least 8 to 10 times but I never received a proper and definite answer.
We also ask shopclues.com customer support that if your team is not able to trace my product better you can cancel /return my order and I want my money back, than they mention that currently won’t be possible until unless the product is not delivered to customer.
The experience with shopclues is one of my worst in my life. I have also shopped from various other online shops but they provide superb service. I would recommend Shopclues to take some lessons from other online shopping sites and implement them as well.
I would recommend everyone not to go with Shopclues otherwise you might lose your product and hard-earned money as well.
