Sir, i ordered redmi note 4 32 GB 3gb ram(prepaid via debit card) .my ordered no is[protected] .i placed an ordered on[protected] its 1-3-2017 yet I not received my order .they are postponing it by saying today and tomorrow your product is delivered to your home.the product is already in Mangalore, so i myself went to the warehouse to pick my product .but they are refusing me and telling me that they want confirmation message from the Aramex courier to directly give me the product. I called shopclues.com regarding this they are not responding to me, either they not giving any of the response of my emails.what should i do know.is this the way of treating a customer purchasing a product from online .people and politician are talking about digital India, is this the digital India we aspiring??i want justice for this its already 16 days sir ..what should i do knw?
