I had ordered for 1.5 ton split voltas ac on march2nd 2016 and paid Rs.26, 989 thro online banking.I have been contacting their customer care from 12.3.16 but they keep telling that they will respond within 48 hours.Suddenly today i checked my account and found the status that the product has been delivered where as the courier website says that product has been rebooked.I have not received the product and hence i want my amount to be refunded (this is my hard earned money) thanking you
