Product not delivered for order number[protected].
Purchased Haier Refrigerator 618SS. Payment was made. But the product was not delivered.
Amount was refunded without prior approval from me.
I was asked to reorder, but again it was cancelled after payment.
Very poor service by shopclues.
The customer care executive has no knowledge of the matter and do not know how to deal with customers.
Pathetic service.
Worst website I have ever come across.
