ShopClues.com — Product shows delivered but actually not delivered and payment was done in advance. | |||||
I ordered books on shopclues website and paid them online in advance. I never received the order but online tracking shows order has been delivered. A ticket was raised by me, but that ticket was closed without any action taken. I was not even called by any company representative regarding my complaint. The ticket was one sided closed saying we (Shopclues.com) could not get the proof of delivery from the courier company and hence the ticket is closed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
