Hi, My name is Jaipreet Singh and I placed an order on 8 Nov 2015, 11:11 PM. Order Number is 75109554. They send me a confirmation email saying "Expected Date Delivery: Wed 18 Nov", but I have not received any Product any call or any Update from them. I made the payment of Rs. 28, 090 on 8 Nov 2015. I tried to call them several times but on 25 Nov 2015 they are were saying product is sent to the courier company ( http://www.cjkoreaexpress.in/) with Tracking Number : [protected]. and they gave me a Ticket Number 5261688 saying " they will try best to get back to me within 2 working days. " but they never called me back. I tried to call CJ Korea Express on [protected], [protected] but they are not answering. Please help me in getting my money back.
