i have successfully paid the amount through net-banking and after 2 days my product was cancelled by the company itself.

the product status showing: "Incorrect Product Information & Refund Refund Processed"

i agreed that human made sometime mistake, i have been complaining.
had a conversation to costumer care many time but they did not solved my issue.
they are just trying to misguide me, told me to visit my bank home-branch,
for example if my home branch is in america, seriously do i have to visit home branch just for that.
