Dear Sir/Mam, I have ordered Multiple items from Shop Clues online portal on 26.10.2014 & 29.10.2014. But, some items are showing delivered, even the product is still to be delivered, some are delivered at wrong address and some are delivered damaged. I logged the various complaints on their customer care but still no action is taken by them. I have also requested for refund my amount. But they are also not refunding my amount. Every time they are keeping them side by saying sorry, we will assist you shortly. But it is really the height of frustration. Almost 2 months is going to be over but my all products are still to be delivered. After logging the complaint they even don't bother to call me to inform about any updates. Today, I tried to contact Customer Care (Mr. Manish Tripathi) again to enquiry my product. Initially they talked for a while after that they disconnected my call when i asked them to transfer my call to senior person. I tried again and this time i had a words with (Mr. Joseph) and he committed me that my senior person (Mr. Manish Tiwari) will call you by evening 5:00 PM as all senior persons are busy right now. But they failed to contact me. I am filing this complaint after getting frustrated with this Fraud Organisation. Also, my request you to please take serious action against them as soon as possible an d also if possible, kindly shut their organisation. My various Colleagues also facing same problem.
