ShopClues.com — Product(thomas train) not delivered

My order no. is 73523732.It was booked on 26/10/2015.On 17th November I received a mail saying my product has been delivered. I do not know they came to the conclusion it has been delivered. No body called me or told me where and when and to whom it was delivered.Please let me have my refund.
