[Resolved] ShopClues.com — providing wrong specifications and quantity in delivering the product

I booked my order 'waiverson slim fit steachable cotton multicolour jeans (Pack of 3) of size 32 on oct 13 2019 at 8:16 pm by my order number '[protected]" of total amounting rs. 1252/- in cash of delivery (Cod) mode of payment. And i received my order on 17 oct 2019 and i received my parcel with courier boy having only 2 pack of jeans and the size is of 34 of the product. After that i told the courier boy to replace then he asked me to contact to concerning company shopclues.com to replace my product but the company did not respond me about changing my product. On same day 17 oct 2019 i registered my complain to company customer support and i tried to contact them but by company side they did'not respond my about changing the product. I called them many times but there is no response from their side. So please help me in changing my product from concerning company.

Updated by pradeep singh bhati The above said company i.e Shopclues.com is fake in all respect and cheated the customer by delivering the wrong products and wrong specification of the desired product to the customer.

Meanwhile, we request you to confirm that the package received by you was in normal condition (was not damaged or torn), packed with shrink wrap and within ShopClues packaging.

Also, provide us with the images of the shipping label (pasted on the box) highlighting the outer and inner box condition within next 48 hours so that the matter could be investigated further.
