Purchased Dymatize weight gainer from Shopclues order number 17438515 I had purchased Dymatize weight gainer from Shopclues.com order number 17438515 which was delivered to me 30th July 2014..Order was damaged with unproper packing according to 10 days return back policy on 01/08/2014 called to customer support and they asked me to send email with some pictures of the proctuct.On 02/08/2014 I have send email with photos Copy of email Mohammed Pathan, Aug 02 10:43 AM: I have order dymatize super mass gainer 12lbs when I received my order 17438515 from top packing was good by shopclues but when checked inside box was covered with protien powder and box was moist sticky ..when checked protien bag small hole found .. Product seal was broken and all protien powder got stuck inside the box like a fungus..stick moist substance. . I never hope ths from shopclues ... All health products should covered properly ..Please return my money back very soon because I am professional trainer cant wait long without protien because will affect by body.. Request number was given to me 986198.. Now its more than 22 days I have to pay unnecessary interest to my creditcard company because of shopclues.com I am looking for a compensation because of inconvenience caused by shopclues.com
