Hi, Using Shopclues website, I have done online shopping for a product on 29th Nov 2015. According to the update from the order details on the website, the product should have been delivered by max 5th Dec 2015. However, I have no clue where the product is. I tried contacting Shopclues but the customer care is a nightmare... Then decided to register complaint on their email ids and every time I email asking about the status...they have just responded "as per the updates from courier company.. product will be delivered in 4 to 5 days... This response I have received for 3 times in last 15 days... The company shopclues even doesn't have the seller information's listed/shared to the buyers. Now, As a buyer I am completely clueless on the product status... as the company SHOPCLUES -- It proved that the customer after shopping will be clueless.
