I have purchased a led TV and it was defective piece which I received and I have returned back to the same person who came for delivery after I spoke with the shopclues people in the last month 30th Oct 2015. And still no reply or response from shopclues, when ever I call they say 48hrs it will be taken care. My order no is 71365203. I have all the proof which say proov that it's a defective piece which is sent by shopclues. CCTV recording and photos. But shopclues people don't take any action and keep giving the same reply 48hrs. I told them I am filing a complaint in the police station as I have all the proof.
