ShopClues.com — Received a faulty mobile on online purchase | |||||
I had place a order for mobile "Lenovo k3 Note" on 16 February, 2016 to shopclues.com ( Order ID :[protected]. with COD facility. I received the product on 25 Feb, 2016. But found that the received product is not performing well, like there was a network problem from first day itself. And then I request for "return "the product on shopclues site, I got a reply : Request is decline - kindly contact service center. While I visit the service center and the mobile was diagnosed by technician, he found that the mobile had a motherboard problem, he told me that it need to repair and will take 15 days atleast. When I had paid for a mobile why should i again wait for next 15 days just because the seller had send me the faulty piece. Was this information helpful? | |||||
