I had ordered a fan with order id[protected] on 25th March 2021, I have received defective blads and I have returned for a refund with return id 8755369. Have also sent photos of the product and damaged parts with the return request and product pick up the next day after inspection by the pickup guy.
After 1 month I had not received any refund for my order and they are not replying to my emails and I am not able to contact its customer care, and the reason they are stating for not refunding my money is the product didn't pass QC.
I have send product images and also pickup guy had checked too, how can they provide reasons like this?
This was my last order and please don't fall victim to the trap like shopclues, they are looting our money by setting this type of traps. Was this information helpful? |
