Hi i received one parcel (Saree) its damage please send me new one
Order Id[protected] on 9 th march and cancelled it same day. Shopclues privide refund id 11025432 & stated that amount will credited by 14 th march but on 26 march i din't get my refund.
Unable to contact customer care its wrost, its busy or they simply say, sir you are not audible. they dint give any info feeling cheted.
