I purchased 2 iball slide 3g Q27 tabs from shopclues.com on 9th oct 2016. (order No.[protected] When i received these tabs, realized that they are used tabs. Shopclues tried to replace one of the tab but sent again used tab. So I returned 2 tabs and requested for refund. But I received refund for only one tab Rs 10, 999.Eevn afetr lot of followup they are not refunding me Rs 10, 999 for another tab. Please let me know if you need more details.
