I bought a laptop from shopclues worth rs.22000/- & i got a damaged laptop of which screen is damaged I want to return this laptop & want my refund.I tried to contact shopclues customer care and continuosly follow up with them but now they are not replying.
There are scratches on display, ,

I am not able to reset in my shop cube account because my phone number is also wrong update on account and you cc executive told me that they refund my money in my shop cube bucks but, please refund my money back another way, e-mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com.
