[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — REFUND PROCESS OF SHOPCLUES

I have buyed a product i.e. Mens Wool Blazer (For Winters) order no.22754275 from shopclues and i got a defective used product from there side. So i raised a refund request. and they send me a mail that my refund request is accepted and you can keep or distroy that product and i wil get refund of my amount in shopclues buck and i have not got those shopclues buck from them and got a another mail of return shipment . now im very much confused by there response. seriously man i want my money back asap. please look toward this matter.
