ShopClues.com — Refunded Rs.543/-

I book a phone on 9/2/2017 through shopclues website by online transaction but at the time I got otp it failed and an amount of Rs.543/- deducted from my Sbi account.

Again I booked same phone through online it was successfully and agian RS.543/- deducted.

Later on I call Shopcules c.care they told me that they have not any failed transaction toward my shopcluea ID of Rs543/-. But after long waiting for refunded I have not refunded any amount nighter in my shopclues ID nor my online SBI.

Sir I provided some information for tracking transaction :
1. My Shopclues ID No. [protected]
2. Shopclues second order No.[protected] for I Kall K66 Red.
3. I have not received first order No. Of which transaction was failed.
