I ordered a mobile charger for rs. 414 and it got delivered about 10 days back. Since the product was not working i returned it as per the procedure. I got a mail on 13th tellin tat UTR no. Will be provided widin next 24 hrs for transaction. Its been 4 days.. Didnt recieve any mail. Wat is the procedure.. How do i get my money back.. I even called.. Number was busy.. Take this note immediately!

The product which I have seen on website and the product which I have got is differ.i am not satisfied by its external appearance.The charger is also local.i want to return the product.
