Hello sir my name is Naveen seemakurthi...I have ordered a washing machine in shopclues.com by prepaid money but they only cancelled the order on 7th of March and they have given me the date 25th March you will credited money but untill now the amount doesn't credited into my bank account... On 4 Mar 17 i placed an order for apple i phone 4 worth Rs 5499 through net banking in advance. Due to procurement delay shopclues cancelled my order and processed the amt through payment gateway on 08 Mar 17. But amt of Rs 5499 is not credited back into my account till date. Many times I contacted telephonically to shopclues. But nil response.
