My Name is Sagar Sharma I have ordered for Philips DSP 2800 5.1 Speaker System (20W) on 11/01/2016 and received the product on 25th Jan 1 speaker is not working than i have requested for replacement the product has picked on 23 feb 16 but still they have not provided me any replacement i have called more than 50 times but they have not provide me any solution snapshot is attached for your reference kindly do the needful.
