facing same problem with shop clues there are sending second hand mobile, .. i have been sending mails from june 6, . but they are not replying properly, . i will file case on court if the wnot replace or refund soon, . very very bad experience with them, .costumer care phone also not working, . If we write review on the product it is not display, .. totally irritating, .
