I had ordered a product order number 73875974''.The product was not original The product was completely different from what was displayed on the website. I called up customer care. Instead of giving solution they asked to send pictures of the product and they will revert within 24-48 hours. 5 days went by and no response. Every time i call them they intimate that merchant have not yet reverted and to wait for 1 more day. Today is 19th and everyday they give the same answer. Neither they are replacing my product not are they refunding my money. Kindly help in terms of refunding my money. BABA
