[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — returns are rejected

Hello i want to return the product as i don't like the product but they are rejecting my return request they are saying we are checked the quality is it delivered in sealed package.. Sir i am talking about quality nkt the seal.. It is not branded on it is cheap quality product.. My order id[protected]
I want to return this product.. They have 10days easy returns and replacement program even through they are not accepting my return request... They wont give proper response they sell cheap quality and copy products and when we requested the return the product they wont accept it... Very bad customer service even they dont have a customer number call also... I never shop on shopclues from now

sir i dont like the quality of product so i want to return the product ...as i m purchased under buyer protection so if i dont like the product i can return it .. whether it is sealed condition or i dont want that all things i want to return the product thats it

Hello i had ordered the f1/fms tire polish worth of 276 rs with the order id[protected]... Then i got the product by bluedart courier company with sealed condition but when i got the product the package was too small so i had opened the packet in front of courier person.. I got car perfume not the tire polish... Then i raised the return request in shopclues but they are saying we are checked the product and it is delivered in perfect condition... Ok your delivered the product in sealed condition but i got the different product from what i ordered the same thing i maintained in complaints but your rejecting my complaint.. I had raised 3 tickets of return product but your rejecting the return request.. If you want i can give you courier persom number you can call him and verify it... If you dont have product then you have to refund the money but dont send other products.. As i m purchased under buyer protection and shop shopclues surety but your sending different products... Customer service is very poor there is no customer satisfaction...

Hello i had ordered karnaaz mens red casual shoes from shopclues with the order id[protected].. I had ordered uk 8 size of shoes but i got uk 7 size.. It is doesn't fit my size.. I can use uk 8 or uk9
But i got 7 number shoes already i complained regarding this to shopclues team but they are rejected my return request without any reason.. They are saying that we are delivered the product in perfect condition.. Sir i got the product in perfect condition but i got different size from what i ordered... I want uk8 size sir.. I already contacted seller number he is ready to replace the item but shopclues is not allowing him to replace... As i purchased under buyer protection and as your promised that free replacement of size related issues but as i got different size your rejecting my return request... This is not fair shopclues.. Your have to take care of your valuable customers... I want replacement if shoes that's it
