on 14 dec i pick up a product form express bee courier services, that time i under stand i got a wrong product mobile color is black, i demand white color, mobile body was second hand, when start for check mobile screen also damaged, i am taking follow up form last dec 14, and every documents i upload the requirement documents to shop clues costumer care web side, and per day i called to costumer care, but "wait for 48 hours" this answer i listen every time, today also i called to customer care mr. vipin, he demanding a new documents about same.
