Sirs, Greetings. We are one of the merchants on board with you. Our mid is 545244. On 31st january, 2018, on strenuous representations by one of your executive (Mr. Pankaj if we are right) over phone for your seller services products we opted for adzone credits by making online payment of rs.2500/- on his following promises. (1) that we will be allowed to put more than 100 products in adzone, (2) we will be assisted to to put products in adzone; (3) we will get orders immediately and (4) if not satisfied within 7 days, our amount will be refunded. After making the said payment, i received a mail from mr. Udit singh to submit two ids alone to put in adzone. Therefore we submitted three ids by our reply mail with a request to take immediate steps to put in adzone and allow us to put more products as promised. But there was no response from mr. Udit singh. Therefore i called mr. Pankaj on 1st of february, 2018. But he did not take the call. Therefore again on 2nd of february, we made call to him and he took the call and assured to do the needful within a hour. But there was no effect from him thereafter. Hence we are raising this complaint. We opted this service mainly on the representation that we will be allowed to put more than 100 products in adzone from time to time. But the credit in adzone shows only to the extent of the amount which we paid. From which we can be able to add only two products. By adding only two products, there will not be any change in order receipt rate. Further by your executives' representations we have opted almost all of your services including domine name. Business gury on payment. But the service was very poor and we did not get much orders. Whereas in amazon, flipkart, snapdeal etc. We are getting orders on daily basis. For example the last month sales in amazon alone rs.83, 000/- in our books category. But such online platforms concentrate in fetching orders for their merchants by improving their portals by public advertisements and festival sales. But as far as shopclues is concerned, it is not taking such steps to advertise themselves in news papers or tv channels. Moreover the executives of shopclues canvass for seller services on false promises and immediate actions. We have already fed up with all of your services. However, with a fond hope that you have changed your strategy, we opted the present service as stated above. But there is no use and no action. It is painful to state that the speed which shown while getting payment from merchants for seller services are not there while render services afterwards. Shopclues instead of doing business with the merchants for selling their services, if concentrate or change its technique to improve itself by making wide public advertisements like amazon, flipkart etc. Then it will grow faster and the merchants will also get orders from public customers. Therefore we request you to refund/revert our amount rs.2500/- immediately to our credit card account from which it is paid. With sorry state of affairs again, Shri pathi rajan publishers.
