I brought the coolstar insulated water bottle 1200 ml[protected].it shipped safely to my home .when i open it i found that the bottle neck is so small than the cap provided..its keep rotating. i submit a request for replacement .its showing oops try again or please select reason even through i selected reason.my order number is 99471636.please resolve it.
