ShopClues.com — Selling fake products and not refunding amount | |||
Hello Team, I had purchased a headphone from shopclues. I contacted them before placing order they assure me the project is original. But when I received the product it was fake, so I went ahead and raised a refund and return request for same. Now these people have refunded the amount in form of cashback. But I need my money back as i am not interested in buying fake products. I have been trying to contact them but no response from them.
