ShopClues.com — shopclues cheated seller's payment

I am recently shopclues merchant but it is not trust able company show some payout amount and payment another amount and include unexpected charges - I advice many-many seller don't sell your products on shopclues and don't wast your time and money. I also advice customer don't buy any products by shopclues I want take major objection on it and ban on this site. neither seller is satisfied nor buyer. ban this site and I want Government will be rate on this company and take action.

Yes true they are really pain they give orders by giving huge discount to the customer and once the payments are due they will show you stars

I'm also a seller from Chennai, Shopclues didn't send me payment from November 30th, 2021. They hold around 1.18 lakhs of my money with them. I'm not getting proper response, Customer care team says company is in big financial loss and that's why they can't process the remittance and just asking to wait for another month.

Shopclues is not giving payments, our payment is pending from November, also they are giving wrong commitments, dear online seller, avoid selling on shopclues

We are not getting our complete payouts from Shopclues. Our balance amount of 9lakhs is left. Team member Mr Arun and others are not responding to our calls and also as promised by him on Jun 3, 2022, 2:56 PM, Mr Arun said he and his team will release the payment every week but they failed to release our payments. And now its been 2 years our payments are with them they dont even respond and the companys toll free merchant support says company is going to give the payouts soon. we are hearing this from 2years but payment didnt reflect our accounts. They are running a big scam and have sold the company and all the employees fled away. And scammed all merchants money like this.

Final way is to file a case against this company and its employees who are part of this scam.

From 2021 my payout is on hold. They even scam me in ads service saying its a free service then they deduct 10, 000 from payout and did not even refund it.
