Hi, i am regular buyer from online shopping and very disappointed after purchase some product from them. They have closed return request without refund and merchant received return product. Hi, I have order Ling long Rotary 1-Head Rechargeable Cordless Electric Travel Razor order id[protected], received after 6 days of order, this product is useless with quality and safety, so same day i have request for return and refund but non of return process has been initiated and they have closed return request. I dont know why they people can do that with customers they must have quality check before dispatch the product. I ordered Grand Bear Winter Sweatshirt For Men Order id[protected], same with this they have closed return request after return approved and received by the merchant and did't refund it.
