Hello team,
I ordered a hd samsung television, 40j5100, on 11 october, 2016 from shopclues.com. The order id is[protected]. I had raised a complaint on the 9th of july, 2017, regarding the malfunctioning of the product. It is under sellers warranty.
I have been calling your customer care line for so many days and till date i have not received any resolution to my complaint.
I had been asked by your team to get a local repairman to correct the the television and that the bill would be reimbursed.
However i had informed your team that the repair person had said that the television is heating up and thus cannot be repaired.
Iv informed your team several times that i'd like to get it replaced. They have forwarded me a return ticket many times, with a promise of resolving the issue within 2-3 business days, but it has been over 20 days that i'm sitting with a malfunctioned television at home, with no sign of any resolution from your end.
I keep calling the customer helpline and all they tell me is that they have "escalated" the issue and that i need to wait another couple of days for them to respond. Which never happens.
The latest return ticket i received from your team is 4416343.
This is my last appeal to your team to replace my product within your promised designated time frame or else i will have to report this issue to the consumer court.
