I had received old and used product i had claimed to shopclues buy still not get resolution from shopclues

If i not get the resolution then i will file claim against shopclues sanjay sethi sir, bhavishya chauhan, shijoon lee and kanchan kukreja

Then shopclues executive who is assigning my complaint and trying to back out from my complaint he had to pay the consequences of loss

I m waiting for the fair and proper assistment from shopclues
