[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Shopclues : Payment deducted but order not placed / no support | |||
I ordered a product at Shopclues.com and the payment was deducted at the same time from my bank account, however, order status states that payment is pending. After a few calls and emails Shopclues said that there is some problem with the payment gateway so you should wait for 48 Hrs. Now it has been more than 120 hrs, they have stopped responses to email and moreover as per my experience what Shopclues is doing that they are blocking their customer's numbers so that they can not call or follow up on complaint. As I had been trying with my number many times but it said that due to network congestion call could not be connected and then I used another number to call and it got connected in the first attempt. Now they have blocked both the numbers so I am not able to contact them at all. Not sure if there is an effective mechanism or policy against this kind of treatment companies are giving to their customers in India. Please look into this and do the needful.
