ShopClues.com — Shopclues worst online company who is selling defaulted product to the customer

Defaulted product delivered with order no. 72161701 on 25 October and return request submitted on 26 October till date return pick up not done, i called several time over phone, but always customer care executive says this will solve within 48 hours so and so. but still waiting for it. should i go for legal case or wait ofr some time ... please advise, Lohit Kumar Maheshwari
