Yes shopclues are cheaters ! i ordered xxl size for a kurti and they delivered small sized one (delivered on 11th sept, 16) . i complained for the replacement or refund and they assured me that they will contact me back within 2 days but alas ! i feel like crying because my my money is precious to me...they are seemingly not interested in helping me out . so cheap ! please don't shop here ! my order no was 98475053 yellow regular kurti for woman. please help me out !

Updated by smritic So for my order no 98475053, they have said that they will send a person who will take the product from me. after some time a new product as I desired will be sent to me or my money will be refunded ! but how do I trust you . many customers have said that you take away the undesired product and do not even show your face again ! what if you take the product as well and not return me my money or replacement ! why can't the courier person come along with my replacement or my refund amount ? how can I trust you ?
