[Resolved] ShopClues.com — suffering alot didn't received refund waiting from one month | |||
My order number is 10666461 it was htc mobile of 15499 it has one year warranty and under Shopclues buyer's it was not working so I claim to return or replace and it took 1 month for pick up the order and again 1 month for initiate of return or replace and due to the unavailability of product they told that refund is been given and aslo asked bank account details on Oct 30 I've sent details immediately and I've waited for 8 working days but refundwas not done I've been calling the customer care so many days they are telling the sane thing wait for 8 working days but today is 28 Nov but till now I didn't got my refund im suffering from August about this product and still how many days I've wait please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please help me soon Was this information helpful? | |||

Still how many months I've to wait for refund you are making me to suffer alot and this is not less amount its ₹15, 499 please Please please please please please please please please please please please refund my money why you are troubling me like this im suffering from August and 4 months has been completed but my problem is not resolved and telling the same thing everytime wait wait wait wait still how months' I've to wait tell me!
