ShopClues.com — Supervisor disconnected the call without discussion with customer | |||||
Hi I had call to shopclues at 17:15 today for get the information of my late delivery of products, which should delivery by today as per shopclues site showing me the date but when I called to shopclues regarding to get the information the my call receiver was not able to satisfy me then I told him to transfer my call to supervisor then I was describing my problem to supervisor and without discussing with my supervisor has disconnected my call...Kindly tell my it is the manner of supervisor ...for this they I are getting salary from shopclues who cannot hear customer problem and disconnecting the call.. I request you to kindly get the call recording of mentioned timing of call and take require action against supervisor ...at least he should not disconnect the call without hearing customer problem, he is not getting salary of disconnecting customer call from shopclues.
