ShopClues.com — till now i not get my order... and shopclues customer care not give me response.. not attend my call

I ordered dumbbells set from shopclues.com.. Then they give me date of delivery but till now i not received my item and customer care are not attend call or not give me response... Today 10 days over but i not get any news about my order...
Now i think to do complaint against company in cusumer forum...
Because it not give me any response about this matter..

I have found empty parcel when delivered my order.After more complaint not solution provide by me.There is no hearing of complains.

The product was delivered to me day before yesterday but when i plugged it in i found it to be a defective piece. please let me know what should i do. i have been trying to get through your customer care number but it says that doesn't exist. can you please replace it?
