I have ordered in shopclue.com for two sarees on apr 22nd and on same day i have paid cash too.

Still i did not receive my courier and i did not receive any call/message from shopclue. This is really worst service.

Called to customer care and no response yet.

I, received an email from your customer support staff stating " we have closed your Return request. [#1678267]Order ID[protected].

No contact was made on my given no [protected] before closing my return request.

I, also request the refundable amount of Rs. 363 shall be transferred to my Paytm account [protected] at the earliest.
