OREDR NO : 27338569 I think ShopClues is taking customers' as they wish. If someone books 100 orders on COD and if they do not take, what will be the fate of E-based online suppliers. heavy loss will be there and even companies may go to bounce. Why 100% payment is insisted from customers by Shopclues first of all ? it is just not to take any chance of cancellation of order. Keeping faith in Shopclues, placed the order. One thing you should bear in mind is - If stock is there only you will give a special price and accept the payment. First Read the mails fully and hear to the customer fully. Remember customers' are not fools just to accept whatever you say. You cancelled the order without even informing customer and sent message Refund order will be initiated if not supply by 8th Dec. Then why you have taken the advance. Just to money laundering is it and enjoy the fund liquidity. Really Shopclues caused me mental agony for which I can not accept the refund of your money. I want only for the specific performance of the order and not even the alternate product suggested by me now. I have given enough option but Shopclues are taking it very light just giving information like a recorded one which is not at all tolerable by the aggrieved customer, who ever it may be. With how many people you had done like this I do not know. Every recordings spoke to your personnel are with me. I know every log records will be kept in your custody. Even now I insist on the product but not the money. Hope you will not loose your customers... If you still want, i will attach all the log files and send to you.
