[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Worst service. Don't believe on buyer protection

I have ordered a food processor from shopclues.com that is Padmini FP403 Food Processor(Order Id[protected]. After receiving the product I found that product is defective. Only light is working there is no movement of motor and also jars are not fitting to the main unit. Aftre that I have raised a request to return back but after 6 days there is no proper responce. Always they are saying that go to customer care. I have called 4 times and sent mail many times but no responce.
Guys don't believe on these fraud sites. There is no buyer protection. Don't believe on shopclues they are just frauds.
