I have purchased vivo y55s mobile Crown gold colour but i have received grey colour. I have paid for Gold colour so why I take grey colour. And customer care is not helping me and i had shared the images but shopclues only see the merchant and denied for my refund/ replacement therefore i had complain in National consumer court for my Money or Replacement so kindly respond me and plz replace my product amd delievered my Gold colour...Thanks
