But they had shown that the above product delivered at the mentioned address on 22 July 2014. When i saw this I shocked since i did not get my product. They show me wrong information on their website where i have a account. Today I got a mesg that the item order No.53219427 has been delivered through Aramex. It is regret to inform you that I have not yet received the parcel. On tracking their shipment No.[protected] it is seen that the item delivered at Kochi, Kerala on 02.06.15 6.16 PM. I am staying at Karunagappally, Kollam, Kerala. How can they deliver the item at Kochi? They might have delivered the item to a wrong addressee. Pl look in to the matter and do the needful to deliver the item to me.
