I, Naveen Joon ordered IFB Eva Aqua SX 6 Kg 1000rpm fully automatic front load washing machine on 09.09.2016 on shop clues.com vide order number 98509076. I made online payment through my debit card. I receive the product on 30.09.2016. On verifying the product i came to know that the product delivered to me was not of same features which I ordered. The washing machine was IFB 800rpm instead of 1000rpm. I called customer care regarding the same but they were not willing to take my complaint seriously. This is the case of CRPC 420 under Indian Panel Code. The company cheated me by sending a wrong product. I request you to take proper action against such cheater who are making money by such a fraud way and ruining the trust of customer on online shopping. Was this information helpful? | |||||
