ShopClues.com — Wrong product received and company does not respond | |||||
I ordered NIKE shoes size-7 on shopclues.com order no. 74490716 on 16 november i got my product, when i open it has wrong size shoes size-9 i complained about the product to the comany to return my product and replace it or refund my money of RS.3038/- i called many times to the company but everytime they told wait for 48hrs now i waiting since 216hrs(9 Days), , , please take action against my querry and help me to solve as soon as possible.
